Job role
Account Manager would be responsible for revenue generated from Commercial sector with estimate 100 accounts. The role would be required to engage with the customers to create need and drive Trend Micro Revenues from the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Develop a trusted Security advisor relationship with customer
Ability to create and identify customer need or paint and work within to solution capability to deliver the solution and services
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders (example channel/distributor, pre-sales, post sales and marketing)
Forecast and track key account metrics
Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure growth attainment
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Timely provide revenue forecast accuracy
