Our second state of art new showroom has started its operations at Al-Ghubrah on 18th November 2010.
Our third state of art new showroom has started its operations at Al-Hail on 20th November 2012.

In Delight Lighting LLC, we value knowledge, development and implementation of ideas to produce new or improved strategies, capabilities, products, services & processes. Our innovative approach and idea for a new product or service stemming from research discoveries and regular visits of Lighting Expos all over the world. In result of all such effort we have successfully developed and launched a new lighting brand, “Lazio”.
Lazio is a lighting brand building on customer experience that reflects and feels more personal, better customize and tasteful, adding ambiance feel to their living spaces and experience the joy of different light moods. We firmly believe that ‘Lazio’ would become a major lighting brand in Sultanate of Oman. Lazio will be a milestone to revolutionize the Sultanate’s lighting industry. Lazio will not only be a game changer but a trend setter. The quality standards are equivalent to any of international lighting brand. As our brand is based on customer’s experience, most of the fixtures are unique, elegant and meaningful. This uniqueness in design, color and material adds a great value to our brand.
Improvement of Business Process
To improve the overall efficiency of our business process and make our offer more valuable, we have taken a number of decisions, which will directly facilitate our valuable customers.
To keep and maintain all type of lighting fixtures and to make our supply chain more effective we have moved to a big warehouse facility which has better accessibility, wide space to ensure our material deliveries on time and accommodate enough stocks of the products in high demand.
The new warehouse facility is equipped with an advanced warehouse racking system for the best utilization of the space. The way that racking systems are set up make inventory easily accessible from both ends and on either side which is helping us to achieve the goal of better customer care as the stock damages has also reduced to a sizable level.
Recently, we have redeveloped our website with advance and latest features, which helps our customer to get easy access of our products. We have designed and developed website in a manner which provide our customers showroom look and feel. Our customers are able to find their desired product easily from home through e-catalog of our product which is available on website. We have revamped our strategy to reach customers through social media as well i.e. facebook, twitter, Google plus and YouTube.
A new online ERP system has helped us in many ways in building up best customer care services in terms of material commitment, real time document processing and new technological innovation has paved way to our ultimate goal of practicing best customer service processes.
We have been developing a customer feedback system in parallel to international standards because we believe that customer feedback is the best way to improve customer satisfaction which helps in improving the quality of products and services and make our offer more attractive and valuable.
Our core methodology of business and management process is based on fundamentally new ways to plan, manage, design, produce, distribute, and market products and services. Besides finding and evolving innovative techniques, we are not only improving our current product and services but also constantly improving business and management practices, keeping in view market demands and customer needs.
We organize in-house workshop to train our staff about professional behavior, product knowledge, physical appearance, and language are main areas of our workshop.
