The predecessor of China Resources Zizhu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was Beijing No. 3 Pharmaceutical Factory. It was established in 1969 and restructured into Beijing Zizhu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in 1999. In 2012, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group and was renamed China Resources Zizhu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. China Resources Zizhu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has more than 40 years of experience in the research and development of family planning drugs. It is one of the backbone enterprises of the Beijing Biopharmaceutical Industry Leapfrog Development Project (G20 Project). The enterprise is the Beijing Reproductive Contraceptive Drug Engineering Technology Research Center and Beijing High-tech Technology enterprises.
