Many vegetables known in the Arab countries are included in Chinese cuisine, including red and yellow bell peppers, cauliflower, cabbage, cucumber and peas. Chinese cuisine (Pangzi Restaurant)
also does not dispense with its distinctive vegetables such as farm fenugreek, soy, tofu, potatoes, green onions, taro and soy sauce. Soy sauce is included in almost all dishes, as well as rice.
Soy sauce is sweet and juicy, and tastes like black honey diluted with water and vinegar. Vegetables are prepared in a special wide concave tray. Put a little soy sauce in the tray with oil and fry the shredded meat in small thin slices that fit the mouth opening. After about 8 minutes, add the vegetable mixture, cut into pieces suitable for the mouth opening, also to the meat for 6 minutes over a high heat, then add the farm fenugreek for a minute and stir all. Adjust the taste by adding a pinch of soy sauce and salt. It is served with boiled rice in water and a little salt.
Adding thin slices of ginger to the vegetable mixture when starting to cook will give the food a distinct taste. You can also serve vegetables and meat with rice noodles or regular spaghetti.
Beef can be substituted with chicken, or pork chops such as ginger and calamari rings.
