Lott GmbH was founded in 1981 by Rudi Lott and is now one of the oldest temporary employment agencies in Germany. As early as 1983 (after the shortest possible time), Lott GmbH received unlimited permission for temporary employment. Lott GmbH has been part of the IK Hofmann GmbH (Hofmann Personal) group of companies from Nuremberg since September 1st, 2007. Today over 300 employees work at the Rastatt and Nuremberg locations. Thanks to many years of experience in personnel services, the LOTT team is always a reliable and competent partner for both its customers and its employees. In the company group with Hofmann Personal, we have access to a nationwide pool of applicants.
