Organic farm with history On the outskirts of Rottenacker you will find our organic farm directly on the Danube Cycle Path between Ulm and Sigmaringen. We are a family with four children and are already the seventh generation to manage the "Bleiche". The name "bleach" originated in the 1900 century, when we were still bleaching linen. Our farm has been part of the Biolandverband for over 30 years. This is a voluntary association of companies that are managed according to the principles of organic farming .
