About Us
Nizwa hospital is an Independent Regional Referral Hospital of the Ministry of Health designated to meet the health care needs of mainly the people of Al-Dakhliya Region, and partly to the neighbouring Regions. The hospital started on Wednesday 30th September 1998. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, sensitive care to our patients and their families and to achieving excellence in health care.
Speech of His Majesty regarding Opening Nizwa Hospital 2-9-1971
We praise Allah for the many blessings, and ask him to help and success in our entire work, and prayers and peace envoy our prophet Mohammed.
Our honorable people in Nizwa: We are very pleased to be able to share with you today the opening ceremony of Nizwa Hospital, as we are always happy whenever we had the opportunity to do visits to the aspects of the Sultanate, in order to see how the works go and to participate in the ceremonies that have helpful achievements for the citizens.
There is no doubt that the opening of the hospital provides medical services to the citizens is one of the great achievements and the Ministry of Health should be appreciated for that and we wish always to see success in its activity, we are always pleased to celebrate the achievements of this activity with the citizens in all parts of the Sultanate, as well as the various aspects of government activity in other vital facilities is moving forward to achieve their improvements for our people.
Fellow citizens in Nizwa:
The opening of this hospital today does not mean that more than meet the urgent need for treatment in this region, and it will complete its responsibilities until opening the grand hospital that its foundation stone for constriction has already done here.
And cause of help from Allah we are going from good to better and our aim is to raise our people and our country’s grade. We ask Allah to guide all of us to the right way.
