Total Engineering Solutions LLC is an Oman based professional ISO Certified Company, catering to the Engineering Demands of Automobile Companies, Product Manufacturers, Construction Companies, Oil and Gas Companies, Food Processing Plants, Heavy Industries, Cable Manufacturers, Power Plants and Desalination Plants. Total Engineering Solutions has a well Equipped Manufacturing, Repair and Re-manufacturing Facility in Ma'abela Industrial Area.

Engine Shop (Automobiles)
In Fabrication we under take jobs for fabrication of Steel and Aluminum Structures, Piping Works, Pipe Supports, Transformer and Generator Skids. Fabrication of Industrial sheds, Warehouse Shed stand, Car Parking on larger scale. We Provide onsite services like installation and Commissioning, Erection and Refurbishment of Mechanical Structures.
In Machine Shop, we carry out machining for various industries, Oilfield, Plastic, Pharmaceutical, Construction and Automobile Industry.
Machining of Components as per drawings or samples provided to suit our client's requirements, which include Turning, Milling, Slotting, Boring, Grinding, Drilling, Welding, all type of gear cutting, keyway cutting, spline cutting, re-boring of pumps, crane booms and hydraulic jacks etc. We manufacture and salvage worn out machine components by material buildup either by welding, metal spray or bush fitting and machine them to their original size.
We have a wide range of lathe, milling, slotting, boring, drilling, grinding, welding machines and hydraulic press. The facility is also equipped with 5T overhead crane for loading and unloading.
We have complete facility in engine section, block boring, crank and cam shafts grinding, block machine boring, facing block liner manufacturing, fitting and boring, cylinder head pressure testing, facing seat manufacturing, valve guide changing, tapped adjusting, chamber sleeve fitting, connecting rod bend checking, bush fitting and pressure plate skimming. We have highly skilled machinists and technicians working under stringent quality control to ensure guaranteed customer satisfaction.
We are an ideal coating company with well-equipped infrastructure comprising of closed Blasting Shed, Painting Shed, Paints Storage Shed and State of Art Technology for carrying out sand blasting and special coating jobs pertaining to General Engineering Industry and Oil & Gas Sector.
We execute jobs at our facility as well as at client's sites.
